STYLE: Polyvore obsession

Just when I thought I was getting sick of the usual websites (designed for our procrastination!), I sign up for a Polyvore account. For someone who doesn't have Photoshop, this makes fashion styling a whole lot easier. If you really like the things you find, you can also find out where to buy them.

Online shopping and Pinterest rolled into one - highly recommend it if you're into that kind of thing.

Here are some of the sets I've created so far. There will be many more to come, I am sure. (On that note, here's a link to my page.)

Friday night fun: Luna Park

Remember when you were 12 and thought you were far too big for the "Wild Mouse"? Well add another 8 years and you're definitely too big. Big to the extent that you're genuinely concerned you'll go flying off into the waters of the harbour.

Having one of our closest school friends back in Sydney for the winter has meant a we've all been rediscovering Sydney. To celebrate her birthday, a group of us went to Luna Park on a Friday night. It's hard to see each other when we're all working/studying different courses in different places, but going here was literally like a blast to the past.

Armed with unlimited ride passes, we took on everything. Never ever think you're too old for anything. We were laughing hysterically on every single ride.

50th Post: Room Makeover

Clockwise starting from top left: 1. New IKEA clock, 2. New chest of drawers and mirror, 3. B&W print of my floor rug, 4. B&W print of my bedspread.
A couple of posts ago, I wrote about how I was giving my room a bit of a makeover. There was nothing drastically wrong - I am very lucky to have a lovely room with lots of space. However, I'd grown out of the pink walls I'd so dearly loved when I was 12, and some of the furniture was getting a bit outdated.
